Key points

What we collect
- Email address. Used to sign you in.
- Your name.
- Postcode or town. Used for proximity matching with nearby players.
- Date of birth. For the under-18 gate and the age-bracket stats lens.
- Nationality and handedness. For the matchup stats lens.
- Phone number. Optional. Only used for match reminders.
- Frame results, fixture history, and rating changes as you play.
Why we collect it
- Consent: given at signup for things like optional emails and showing your full name.
- Contract: we need your data to actually run competitions you have entered.
Who can see what
We use a tiered visibility model.
- Public: your first name, rating, and ball tier only.
- Other members of your competitions: your full name and avatar, so teammates and opponents can recognise you. You can turn this off in your account settings and appear as first name only.
- Admins of competitions you enter: your contact info (email and phone if given), so they can run fixtures.
Third parties
A small number of trusted services keep the app running.
- Supabase for authentication and database hosting.
- Resend for sending sign-in codes and fixture emails.
- postcodes.io for converting postcodes into map coordinates.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data for advertising.
Cookies
- Essential cookies only. Used to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
- No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. No third-party analytics.
How long we keep your data
- Kept while your account is active.
- If you delete your account we keep a minimal audit record for 90 days, then remove it.
Your rights
- Access the data we hold on you.
- Correct it if it's wrong.
- Ask us to erase it.
- Get a portable copy.
- Email us and we'll sort it.
